Surveying ΢ҕl Students: Procedures, Policies, and Survey Calendar

΢ҕl has procedures, policies, and a survey calendar to survey our students. We do this in line with internal and external policies and laws. Our policy and procedures aim to protect the strategic importance of ΢ҕl institutional research surveys and Student Evaluations of Teaching, as well as protect students from survey fatigue.

The policy and procedures referenced here aim to protect the strategic importance of ΢ҕl institutional research surveys andStudent Evaluations of Teaching (Course and Teaching Surveys), while also protecting students from survey fatigue and inundation of survey requests.

Student Community Online Survey Policy

Due to the strategic nature of Ako Marake | ESI Student Lifecycle survey research, ESI hold priority for surveying ΢ҕl students. As such, any online surveying forcurrently enrolled students,graduands, andgraduatesmust be done in accordance with the ΢ҕl’sStudent Community Online Survey Policy.

Survey Screening Tool

This(opens new tab)was created to assist those who wish to administer an online survey to any ΢ҕl students to maintain compliance with the Student Community Online Survey Policy.

If you plan to survey ΢ҕl students for any reason, please use the screening tool to provide the necessary administrative details. This tool initiates the compliance process for conducting surveys under ΢ҕl policy.

You'll be asked a series of questions about your survey. Once submitted, Ako Marake | ESI will engage in a consultative process with you.

Please complete a separate screening form for each survey you intend to administer.

Survey Calendar

In accordance with the Student Community Online Survey Policy, please reference the ΢ҕl Survey Calendar belowfor permissible timing for any surveying of students (current or graduated).
