Transmitting and collecting payment data

When you pay ΢ҕl online, we need your name, email address, and payment card details. This is to successfully process your payment and effectively maintain your account. Learn more about transmitting and collecting payment data.

HOW TO APPLY

Collected Information

When you make a payment through any of our online payment options, we will require you to enter your name, e-mail address, and payment card details. We require this information in order to successfully process your payment, and to effectively maintain your account.

Information Security

All information entered for payment purposes are secured through the use of secure servers to ensure that your personal and payment information is encrypted before being sent. We use several layers of security protocols to prevent unauthorised access to any sensitive data. All card payments are processed securely through ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited. The ΢ҕl does not store any payment card information on our servers.

Cookies

A “cookie” contains a small amount of information which your browser stores on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies used by the University do not contain any personally identifying information. Our websites work best with cookies enabled, however this is not mandatory.

Payment Gateway

Our payment options are safe and secure. Card payments are made directly through TLS Encryption software to ensure that your personal details are kept safe. When using our payment gateways, none of your Card payment details will be stored within the University.
