Youri is a real foodie - come and talk to her anything about food! She also likes cooking, baking, shopping, observation of consumers and sometimes designing posters and random graphic materials.

Youri is originally from Korea, has lived a significant amount of time in Australia and Brunei.

Professional History
Currently she is working on her PhD thesis project, and also a teaching assistant in courses in ҕl Business School and College of Arts. She has been an entrepreneur over several years and her research interests are driven by her experience in food and retail businesses. She has worked in several private and public sectors before her PhD.
