Important dates
ҕl Abroad and Student Exchange applications
If you are an incoming student applying to study at ҕl under the ҕl Abroad or Student Exchange programme, you should submit your application by these dates:
Semester One(February-June) study at ҕl
ҕl Abroad applicants: the closing date for applications is the 15th of November (of the previous year).
Exchange applicants: the closing date is the 1st of November (of the previous year).
Semester Two (July-November) study at ҕl
The closing date for applications is the 15th of April.
Applications after these dates will be processed but may not allow you enough time to make the necessary preparations, including applying for a visa.
Accommodation applications
Applications for accommodation are due by the1st of December(of the previous year) for Semester One programmes and by the1st of Mayfor Semester Two programmes.
